Plan Options

Our therapy sessions are packaged 

Desiree Jones LPC has 12 sessions for $920

• Without a plan package: assessments & One therapy session $147.00 
• $90 per 45 min session 
• No show Fee $25
  After one reschedule and late f/cancellation no-show a full payment must be done before booking another  session

•  View PSA letters for traveling or boarding (flights, housing, hotels, dormitories)  with your service animal. Assessment letters are separate 
  
  
• A month commitment weekly $90 charge prior to session.
• Subscription/autopay DEW Therapy sessions (1 session per week) $335 billed monthly
• Monthly DEW Therapy with out subscription/autopay  $350) 
• (additional 15 min sessions available to add for $30) with purchase of monthly sessions) with out months plan additional sessions are $90 per 45 min time slot booked.

• Ask about 12 Therapy sessions $920 (can not be broken up)this is great to offer as an individual or family member transferable within family (up to 4 family members) can be great for monthly maintenance. Biweekly term.

WE Missed You

NO SHOWs

Your first No-show/Late Cancellation no problem no charge: there after you will accrue a No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee invoice/charge. ALL balances, payments and fees are to be made within a maximum of 2 hours of Booking/scheduling  your appointment  or it will result in a cancellation.

After one reschedule and late fee a full payment for the next session must be done before booking another session

When you have scheduled an appointment and circumstances change and there’s no communication 30 minutes prior to the appointment and after 10 minutes waiting within the  session your session is documented as a no show.

No Show/ Late Cancellation 

We understand, life happens please pay your Late cancellation fee and reschedule your session as soon as you know.

After one reschedule and late fee if you need to move or reschedule after the first late fee, You lose your session and  a full payment must be done before booking another  session.

After 6 months without multiple occurrences we will reset No Show fee of the  “On US” waiver

There after your first,   a charge of $25 fee will be invoiced requesting payment prior to your next session. Note: please avoid scheduling until ALL payments and Fees are made. 

After one reschedule and late fee a full payment must be done before booking another  session if you are a subscribed client when your last session will be lost for the 30 daysession timeframe 

Late Cancellation 

We prepare for your session to deliver quality service.

What is considered a Late Cancellation???

 Less than 2 hr notice 

Canceling a minimum of two(2) hours prior to a session will not result in late cancellation fee.

There after (less than 2 hours before session) This is considered a Late Cancellation.
On your own
You can select No show/Late Cancellation and make a payment prior to booking your next appointment.

or you can wait for an invoice.

***After one reschedule and late fee a full payment must be done before booking another  session

With communication discretion is considered.

Contact your therapist via messaging or email

to give some insight on the situation that is continuously resulting in late cancellation/no-show.

After messaging consultation, conference occurs, therapist may see it fit to reassign client.

Reoccurring, no-shows late cancellation

After two consecutive no-show late cancellations is considered a recurrent issue

If no-shows and late cancellation continue to occur 

Wellness , Professional may require client book sessions upon Request Only &charge full session rate (Not Late or No Show Rate)for DEW session Times Slot.

The charge is to compensate the  DEW session clinician/service provider. Client will loose their slot and payment And will not incur a late fee.

We Recognizing Your Commitment  to your Wellness

DEW Session ON US

Incentivizing the commitment to the wellness journey  of six months membership allows for 1 additional wellness session on Us.
